Job summary

Scot Lewis Associates Ltd in London is seeking a Collateral Management Associate to join the team for a 12-month hybrid role, three days in the London office and two days work from home, supporting Equity Prime, FX Prime, OTC and REPO clients.

You will work within a senior London team to manage margin calls, mitigate credit and market risk, resolve disputes, and produce monthly MI, leveraging Excel and ISDA documentation knowledge.

Qualifications

• Experience in collateral management and margin-related workflows.
• Strong operational risk awareness and client servicing skills.
• Solid understanding of ISDA CSA and margin documentation.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for support of Equity Prime, FX Prime, OTC and REPO clients.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of margin calls while mitigating credit and market risk and delivering high client service.
• Escalate disputes and default situations through reporting lines.
• Develop relationships with other support functions and Front Office teams.
• Expedite resolution of disputes, investigate haircuts and MTM differences.
• Produce monthly MI using internal systems and Excel.
• Review client queries and respond promptly.
• Ensure procedures are maintained with appropriate controls to eliminate risk.
