FSP is seeking an experienced Solution Architect to work with cross-functional teams, delivering high-quality technology solutions across diverse client engagements. Qualifications

• Experience as a Solution Architect, Enterprise Architect, or Technology Consultant in a consultancy.
• Strong advisory skills with cloud, digital transformation, and architecture delivery.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders across complex programs.
• Knowledge of GOV.UK standards and National Cyber Security Centre guidance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and assurance of business, data, and technology architectures aligned to client objectives and outcomes.
• Act as a trusted advisor, providing architecture guidance and technology leadership.
• Collaborate with clients and delivery teams to identify opportunities for innovation and evaluate options.
• Define architecture principles, governance, standards, and best practices for delivery.
• Create roadmaps and migration strategies across cloud, hybrid, and on-prem environments.
• Provide thought leadership on cloud, AI, data platforms, and industry trends.
• Facilitate workshops and executive presentations translating tech concepts to business value.
• Support pre-sales activities and client proposals.
• Ensure secure, scalable, maintainable solutions aligned to requirements.
• Stay current with architecture frameworks and industry standards.
