Job summary

Epsilon is seeking a Client Integration Engineer to join our London-based hybrid team. You will design and deliver technical solutions for onboarding new clients, manage relationships, and drive automation within the Epsilon platform.

You’ll work across Sales, Account Management, Product and Engineering to produce high-quality results. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in a digital role, strong tagging, tracking, and RTB knowledge, and hands-on coding in JavaScript, SQL, and HTML.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a similar digital role with client-facing exposure.
• Strong knowledge of digital ad tagging, tracking scripts and pixels.
• Experience with DSPs, Ad Servers, SSPs, CDPs and DMPs.
• Able to troubleshoot discrepancies in impression, click and conversion data.
• Comfort with RTB, programmatic buying and brand safety technologies.
• Advanced coding in JavaScript, SQL and HTML; analytical mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develop scripts, maintain databases and process data feeds for new client initiatives.
• Design and implement integration strategies for large-scale clients.
• Identify opportunities for automation and best practices enterprise-wide.
• Collaborate with engineering, analytics, product and sales teams globally.
• Troubleshoot issues and drive resolution to keep projects on track.
