Job summary

UNCOVER is seeking a Client Audit Advisor for a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role can be based in London or Glasgow and offers excellent hybrid working flexibility.

You will coordinate client audit requests, gather information across internal teams, review questionnaires, and support audit documentation and reporting to ensure alignment with firm policies and controls. The successful candidate will monitor audit progress, identify gaps, and build relationships across Risk, Compliance,

Qualifications

• Previous experience in client audits, audit coordination, compliance, risk, client assurance or a similar role.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a range of internal teams.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines.
• Familiarity with Information Security, Data Protection, and Audit process terminology and subject matter.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage client audit requests, ensuring responses are delivered accurately and within agreed deadlines.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders across the firm to gather information, documentation and evidence required for client audits.
• Review client audit questionnaires and requests, ensuring responses are consistent with the firm's policies, procedures and internal controls.
• Support the preparation and collation of audit documentation, reports and supporting evidence.
• Monitor audit progress, maintaining accurate records of requests, responses and outstanding actions.
• Identify and elevate any issues or gaps arising during the audit process.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with colleagues across Risk, Compliance, Finance, Information Security and other relevant business areas.
• Contribute to the ongoing improvement of client audit processes and procedures.
• Ensure all client information and documentation is handled confidentially and in accordance with the firm's requirements.
