Job summary

Qualifications

• 3 years post-qualification experience in frontline children's services.
• Experience in child protection, safeguarding, family assessments, CIN, CP and pre-proceedings is essential.
• Strong knowledge of the Children Act, threshold decisions, performance management and QA will be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead a frontline children's social care team in a Local Authority.
• Oversee child and family assessments, child protection and safeguarding interventions.
• Support families and promote positive outcomes through early intervention and multi-agency working.
