Job summary

Johnson Matthey Plc is seeking a Management Of Change Coordinator for a hybrid role based in Brimsdown. You will manage the MOC process, administer the MOC system, and train new facilitators while ensuring regulatory compliance and safety standards across projects.

You will verify drawings and P&IDs, oversee operational readiness, and coordinate handover documentation to relevant departments on project completion, collaborating with multiple teams to deliver safe, compliant outcomes.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or Process Safety required.
• NEBOSH or IOSH accreditation preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing.
• COSHH, Fire Safety Awareness and DSEAR/PUWER knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Management of Change (MOC) process and facilitation.
• Administer the electronic MOC system and maintain the database.
• Train and support new MOC facilitators and initiators.
• Approve and verify drawings and P&IDs.
• Oversee project operational readiness for engineering, verifying deliverables, documentation and knowledge transfer.
• Ensure all required project handover documentation is prepared and handed over to relevant departments upon project completion.
