Job summary

United Trust Bank Limited in London is seeking a Case Manager to oversee the administration of property development funding in support of the Property Development Directors and Managers. The role is hybrid, with 3 days in the City of London office and 2 days at home.

You will maintain loan diligence, analyse reports from advisers, ensure KYC/compliance, and manage post-drawdown tasks while building strong relationships with clients and professionals.

Qualifications

• Experience with loan diligence from acceptance to drawdown.
• Ability to interpret and act on reports prepared by advisers.
• Knowledge of KYC/AML compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate loan diligence from acceptance through to loan drawdown.
• Analyse, interpret and act on reports prepared by advisers.
• Ensure all KYC requirements are met and signed off by Compliance.
• Maintain relationships with clients, professionals and PDD/PDMs; attend meetings and site visits.
• Oversee post-drawdown tasks: AML/KYC info, payments, redemptions, insurance and charges.
