Job summary

The Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead invites applications for a Communications and Campaigns Officer to join the Communications team. This is a full-time, permanent role with hybrid working and a salary of £34,962 - £38,791 per annum.

You will develop and deliver campaigns that support the council's Cleaner, Greener, Safer priorities, creating engaging content for digital and print channels, and advising across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering successful campaigns in the public sector or similar complex organisations.
• Excellent written and spoken communication; translating complex information into clear content.
• Strong digital and creative skills for multiple platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver impactful communications campaigns driving positive outcomes for residents.
• Create content for digital and physical channels.
• Build relationships across teams, partners and stakeholders to maximise reach and engagement.
• Support media and reputation management by responding to media enquiries and identifying positive storytelling opportunities.
