Job summary

LCP is seeking a talented C# Developer to join the Insurance Analytics team in London. You will contribute to the InsurSight platform, working with data scientists, actuaries and developers to deliver advanced analytics solutions in a hybrid work environment.

You will primarily develop in C# (.NET 6/8) with opportunities to use Python, while embracing best practices, testing, and continuous improvement. This role offers a collaborative, growth-focused culture within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in C# development (.NET 6/8)
• Knowledge of Azure PaaS/SaaS offerings (Azure Functions, App Services, Storage)
• Understanding of unit testing, change management, and SOLID principles
• Exposure to non-life insurance analytics domain
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Experience with Agile development
• Python knowledge is beneficial

Responsibilities

• Engage in iterative enhancement and feature development of LCP InsurSight.
• Focus on C# with involvement in Python under senior guidance.
• Collaborate across disciplines to integrate analytics into software.
• Advocate and implement software development best practices and testing.
• Research, evaluate, and prototype emerging technologies.
• Share technical knowledge within the team to foster growth.
