  • Manage Salesforce Engage and mass mailing activities.
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects and research prospects.
  • Coordinate interviews, webinars, and meetings.

Administrative Support – 20% of time

  • Schedule meetings and conference rooms for the sales team.
  • Prepare marketing materials for calls and meetings, manage calendars, and handle other administrative tasks.

Activities may change at any time.

Note: We currently operate in a hybrid environment with 4 days in the office and 1 day remote, plus an additional 15 days of flexible remote work.

Qualifications:

  • College degree preferred or relevant financial services experience.
  • 1-3+ years of business development and sales support experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of the investment management industry is a plus.
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Availability to work Monday-Friday, 9:00 am-5:30 pm, on-site at least Monday-Thursday.
