Job Description:

Salary: £25,380 per year (OTE £32,400)

Bonus: Monthly and annual bonuses based on company performance

Hours: 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on, 2 days off. Weekend work involved.

We are the UK’s favourite car-buying service, with over 500 branches and rapid growth. We seek enthusiastic, passionate, honest, service-driven individuals to join our team. No prior car knowledge is necessary; training will be provided.

Responsibilities:
  • Buy cars and ensure the efficient operation of the branch. Act as the main point of contact for customers.
  • Contact customers, schedule appointments, and meet targets.
  • Perform car appraisals, negotiate prices, close deals, and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Coordinate with back office and colleagues.
  • Assist the transport department when not buying cars.
Requirements:
  • Full UK manual driving license.
  • Experience in a target-driven environment.
  • Customer-focused with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and independently.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to build lasting client relationships.
