Job summary

Aon plc in London is seeking a Binding Authority Account Manager to coordinate daily management of nominated DUA contracts, balancing regulatory compliance with service excellence for Coverholders and Underwriters.

This largely office-based role offers the flexibility to work from home 1–2 days per week. You will collaborate with business producers, manage bordereaux, liaise with Billing and Claims, and support onboarding of new clients within the Lloyds market.

Qualifications

• Experience in delegated authority or London Market insurance.
• Proven ability to reconcile bordereaux for risk, premium and claims.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to use market platforms.
• Excellent communication and relationship-management skills.
• Commitment to compliance and risk governance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare DUA documents such as binding authority slips and endorsements.
• Collate and validate bordereaux related to exposures, payments and claims.
• Coordinate premiums, claims and PCs payments with Billing and Claims teams.
• Assist in onboarding new clients and Underwriter entities and ensure due diligence.
• Support interpretation of clauses and available coverages for clients and Underwriters.
• Prepare market submissions and update reports with data analysis.
• Use Lloyds systems (DCOM, Atlas, Crystal, PPL) and Aon systems.
