Job summary

Blueprint Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator to join our London team and support the delivery of high-quality digital engineering solutions. You will coordinate BIM activities, develop federated models and ensure BEP compliance across multidisciplinary projects.

The role requires strong knowledge of BIM standards, ISO 19650 and experience with Revit, OpenBuildings Designer, Civil 3D and Navisworks. Hybrid working and exposure to major UK infrastructure projects await.

Qualifications

• BIM Coordinator/Technician/Specialist experience in engineering/infrastructure sectors.
• Proficiency in Revit, OpenBuildings Designer or Civil 3D.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary BIM models and BIM standards.
• Knowledge of ISO 19650 and information management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate BIM activities across multiple infrastructure and engineering projects.
• Develop, manage and maintain federated BIM models throughout project lifecycles.
• Support BEP development and implementation.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 19650 standards and client BIM requirements.
• Conduct model reviews and clash detection using Navisworks or equivalent.
• Coordinate model exchanges between disciplines and external stakeholders.
• Assist with BIM deliverables, model audits and quality assurance processes.
