Equans UK is seeking a Bid Manager to join our DES business from our London office on a hybrid basis. The role involves coordinating bid activities, liaising with suppliers and internal teams, and ensuring timely, compliant submissions.

The successful candidate will manage bid timelines, format professional bid documents, and hand over to delivery teams after a successful award, while supporting continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in an administrative or support role within a sales environment.
• Ability to manage deadlines and coordinate diverse stakeholders.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Word and Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple bids.
• Experience across multiple business units or regions is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate communication with external suppliers to collect pricing, technical, and compliance information for bids.
• Manage and drive bid submission timelines, coordinating with internal staff to meet deadlines.
• Format bid documents to professional standards and compile final submissions.
• Governing handover to project delivery teams upon bid win.
• Maintain and update active bids, providing visibility on status and next actions.
• Support process improvements within the bid management cycle to increase efficiency and accuracy.
