Job summary

Kinly is seeking a Junior IT / AV Service Delivery Engineer to provide reliable support across audio-visual technologies. This full-time role requires travel to Sunbury-upon-Thames and Basingstoke initially but will be based solely in Sunbury post-2026. The ideal candidate should have experience supporting AV systems and a background in remote incident management.

The role emphasizes communication and technical aptitude while safeguarding sensitive information. A commitment to continuous improvement is essential, as is the ability to work flexible shifts Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting AV systems or IT/Microsoft infrastructure.
• Background in troubleshooting remote collaboration tools (Microsoft Teams, Webex).
• Knowledge of AV/IT technologies and their functionality.

Responsibilities

• Maintain vigilance with Proactive Monitoring Platforms for alerts.
• Pre-stage and fully test specified equipment prior to installations.
• Communicate with end users to assist with diagnosing audio/video issues.
• Manage and prioritise support tickets with a strong sense of urgency.
• Coordinate and schedule field engineers for on-site fault support.

Skills

Experience supporting AV systems or IT/Microsoft infrastructure

Troubleshooting remote collaboration tools

Knowledge of AV/IT technologies

Assembling and configuring PCs and AV equipment

Basic knowledge of device management within Microsoft Intune
