Job summary

Tenth Revolution Group is seeking an Associate Director, Solution Architect to lead architectural vision for major UK Central Government programmes. This hybrid role requires 2–3 days in office with locations supported in London, Bristol and Manchester.

You will drive modern cloud-native solutions, govern architecture standards, and mentor teams to deliver secure, scalable services that serve citizens.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in UK Central Government environments.
• Proven leadership delivering complex, enterprise-scale tech solutions.
• Strong cloud expertise across AWS, Azure and Google Cloud.
• Experience with Salesforce, Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Cloud technologies.
• Knowledge of cloud-native architectures, microservices, APIs and integration patterns.
• Experience with Agile delivery and governance.
• Strong data governance and lifecycle management knowledge.
• Familiarity with GDS Service Standard and NCSC security principles.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• SC Clearance or eligibility to obtain clearance.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate architectural vision for major government programmes.
• Translate policy requirements into scalable, secure enterprise solutions.
• Design end-to-end architectures across apps, data, infra, security and cloud.
• Provide technical leadership and architectural assurance throughout delivery.
• Lead stakeholder workshops and influence senior decision-makers.
• Establish governance, best practices, and architecture standards.
• Mentor solution architects and technical specialists.
• Support business development and growth in Central Government.
