Tenth Revolution Group in the United Kingdom is seeking an Associate Director / Technical Delivery Manager to lead complex digital transformation programmes across central government. You will navigate GDS standards and assessments, oversee multidisciplinary teams and deliver services from discovery through to live delivery.

Qualifications

• Senior-level delivery experience in central government, civil service or a government-focused consultancy.
• Proven delivery of large-scale government digital transformations from discovery to live service.
• Strong practical experience of GDS and passing digital services through assessments.
• Excellent senior stakeholder management and commercial awareness.

Responsabilités

• Lead the delivery of complex digital products and major transformation workstreams across central government.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams across engineering, architecture, service design and agile delivery.
• Ensure services meet GDS Service Standards, accessibility, security and government tech standards.
• Provide technical delivery oversight and challenge suppliers and stakeholders when required.
• Work across cloud, CRM, contact centre and digital service platforms.
• Support delivery risks, budgets, resources and commercial considerations.
