Ingleton Wood in London is seeking an Associate/Senior Associate Architect to lead design and delivery across key sectors. You will mentor the architectural team, manage projects from inception to completion, and build strong client relationships to grow our London office.

The role offers a clear pathway toward leadership, with responsibilities expanding into business development and strategy. Please note: active UK SC clearance or ability to obtain clearance is required.

Qualifikationen

• Thorough knowledge of Building Regulations.
• Familiarity with NBS specification system.
• Experience in education, residential and social housing sectors.
• Proficient hand sketching and housing master planning.
• Experience with fee proposals and financial management.
• Proficient in 3D Revit and BIM.

Aufgaben

• Lead architectural design and project delivery across sectors.
• Mentor and grow the London architectural team.
• Oversee project delivery, QA, and resource planning.
• Develop client relationships and win new work.
• Manage fee generation, pipeline and forecast performance.
