Job summary

IPRS Health is seeking an Assistant Management Accountant to produce management accounts for multiple business units and overheads. You will support the Financial Controller and Finance Manager by explaining variances and partnering with the senior leadership team to understand business drivers from a financial perspective.

This permanent, full-time role is based in Claydon, Suffolk with hybrid working options.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years Accounting/Finance experience.
• Knowledge of Access Dimensions or similar accounting software.
• Excellent MS Excel and MS Word skills; solid accounting software understanding.

Responsibilities

• Produce management accounts for multiple business units and overheads.
• Support Financial Controller and Finance Manager in variances explanations.
• Business partner with SLT to understand drivers and support from a financial perspective.
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and monthly reporting.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting and year-end audit.
