Job summary

IPRS Health is seeking an Assistant Management Accountant to produce management accounts for multiple units and group entities. You will partner with senior leaders to understand business drivers and explain variances from budgets and forecasts.

The role requires strong Excel skills, accounting software knowledge, and the ability to communicate clearly with non-financial managers. It is a hybrid position based in Claydon, Suffolk, with a 40-hour week.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years accounting/finance experience.
• Knowledge of Access Dimensions or similar accounting software.
• Computer literate with good MS Excel and MS Word ability and a solid understanding of accounting software principles.

Responsibilities

• Prepare management accounts for IPRS Health and related entities.
• Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
• Conduct variance analysis vs budget and prior periods.
• Interpret financial data for non-financial managers.
• Ensure accurate ledger postings from multiple sources with right first-time accuracy.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and year-end processes.
• Partner with SLT to understand drivers and provide financial support.
