QA Limited is seeking a Senior Technical Learning Specialist to deliver high-quality training across TOGAF®, ArchiMate® and Enterprise Architecture disciplines. The role combines expert training delivery with designing innovative learning solutions to strengthen architecture capability in client organisations.

You will work in a hybrid model, delivering from QA centres and client sites, while staying current on industry trends and best practices through ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering architecture training to professionals or students.
• TOGAF and/or ArchiMate certification.
• 3+ years of experience in data systems or research.
• Teaching qualification or willingness to work towards one.

Responsabilités

• Training Delivery: Deliver high quality and engaging training to clients.
• Performance & Quality Metrics: Achieve TSAT 92%+ and improve based on feedback.
• Design & Development: Lead design and development of learning programmes.
• Client Engagement: Engage with clients to understand learning needs.
