Job summary

Yorkshire Building Society is seeking an AI Product Developer to design and deliver production‑ready AI solutions. The role focuses on leveraging large language models, agent frameworks and AI APIs within a secure, regulated financial services environment.

You will integrate with Azure, Graph, Power Platform and Dynamics 365, while applying MLOps practices for deployment and lifecycle management. The role is hybrid with home working and some onsite presence in Bradford/Leeds.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building AI solutions with LLMs, agent frameworks, and AI APIs.
• Understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), embeddings, vector search, and retrieval optimization.
• Experience developing AI solutions on Microsoft Azure stack including Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI Service and Copilot Studio.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver production-ready AI solutions using modern AI tech within the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Ensure secure, scalable AI capabilities aligned to enterprise standards.
• Develop and maintain retrieval and orchestration architectures, including RAG and prompt orchestration.
• Integrate AI capabilities with enterprise platforms via Microsoft Graph, Power Platform and Dynamics 365.
• Apply MLOps, CI/CD, monitoring, versioning and lifecycle management of AI models and services.
• Foster reuse and collaboration through AI assets, workshops and coaching.
