Job summary
Agentic AI in Cambridge is seeking a Head of AI Engineering & Delivery to lead the development and delivery of advanced AI products and platforms. You will drive technical strategy, oversee software, platform and AI engineering teams, and ensure delivery excellence at scale.
The role demands a strong engineering background, proven leadership, and a track record of delivering AI solutions in production. Hybrid work arrangement in Cambridge is offered with competitive compensation and equity
Qualifications
- 10+ years in Software Engineering, Data Science, ML Engineering or related technical discipline.
- 5+ years leading high-performing engineering teams.
- Experience delivering enterprise software, AI or SaaS solutions into production.
- Exposure to Agentic AI, AI agents, intelligent automation or Generative AI technologies.
- Strong understanding of scalable software architecture, cloud platforms and engineering best practice.
- Proven ability to drive execution, delivery excellence and commercial outcomes.
- Experience operating within a high-growth technology environment.

- Lead and develop software, platform and AI engineering teams.
- Deliver AI-enabled products and customer solutions.
- Drive adoption of Agentic AI and modern AI architectures.
