Job summary

Westcoast is seeking an Automation Analyst to expand automation and QA across CRM, ERP, warehouse, and other business systems. The role sits at Theale with hybrid work arrangements by agreement.

You will design, build, test, and deploy AI-enabled automations while collaborating with IT and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions. The ideal candidate has 4+ years in test automation, hands-on Selenium/Playwright, API testing, and SQL for data validation.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience in test automation (4+ years) with strong understanding of automation frameworks and hands-on AI-enabled automation.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium or Playwright and with API testing and SQL for data validation.
• Experience with CRM/ERP/WMS systems and end-to-end QA processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts across multiple systems.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and support teams on automation and QA tasks.
• Identify opportunities to use AI-driven automation to improve quality and productivity.
• Design, build, test, and validate AI-enabled automations before go-live.
• Deliver automation solutions from requirements gathering to deployment and support.
• Manage automation tasks within agreed timelines and ensure alignment with quality standards.
