Job summary

LXP Talent is looking for a Programme Tutor Assessor to deliver engaging training across Data, AI and Automation programmes. You’ll support learners to understand how data, AI and automation can improve workplace processes and productivity, while mentoring them throughout their apprenticeship.

The role focuses on Data Technician Level 3 and AI & Automation Level 4 Apprenticeship Standards, with hybrid Hull/Grimsby location and demand for flexibility.

Qualifications

• Experience in data analysis, management or visualisation, AI and automation, or digital transformation.
• Strong ability to communicate knowledge and inspire learners.
• Experience delivering apprenticeship programmes is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging teaching across Data, AI and Automation programmes.
• Support learners to apply data, AI and automation to improve workplace processes.
• Develop learners’ knowledge of digital workflows, automation tools and emerging AI technologies.
• Help learners identify business problems and explore technology-based solutions.
• Assess, mentor and support learners throughout their apprenticeship.
• Provide meaningful, personalised feedback to support progress and achievement.
• Collaborate with employers to ensure learning reflects genuine workplace needs.
