Job summary

Focusrite plc, based in High Wycombe, is seeking an enthusiastic Accounts Receivable Analyst to join our Finance team. This entry-level role is ideal for a recent graduate or someone with early finance/customer service experience, with full training provided in invoicing, cash allocation and month-end routines.

You will report to the Financial Controller and work with the AR Supervisor to keep customer accounts accurate, resolve queries, and support reconciliations and process documentation.

Qualifications

• Entry-level Accounts Receivable role suitable for a recent graduate or early-career candidate.
• Full training will be provided on internal processes, reconciliations and month-end routines.
• Experience in AR/Sales Ledger or Credit Control would be an advantage but is not essential.

Responsibilities

• Post and allocate customer receipts accurately and on time.
• Assist with daily/weekly bank reconciliations for customer payments.
• Maintain customer accounts and keep the sales ledger up to date.
