Job summary

PA Consulting is recruiting an Accounts Payable Facilitator on a 12-month fixed term contract, based at our Melbourn, Hertfordshire office. The role sits in the finance shared service and handles supplier invoices and queries across regions and currencies, processing up to 20,000 invoices annually.

The ideal candidate will post invoices, manage queries, support payment runs and collaborate with the Accounts Payable Manager and wider finance teams.

Qualifications

• Experience handling supplier invoices and queries.
• Ability to meet monthly KPIs and deadlines.
• Experience with PeopleSoft purchasing accounting system is a plus.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Post invoices and match to purchase orders.
• Handle helpdesk queries and supplier inquiries.
• Process payment runs.
• Perform ad-hoc accounting tasks as required.
