Job summary

Clarins Group is seeking an Accounts Payable Assistant for our London Head Office, offering a hybrid working pattern. You will support the AP Manager with accurate invoice processing, expense review, and weekly payment runs, while maintaining vendor data and handling supplier queries.

The role requires at least 2 years in AP, proficiency with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/NetSuite; Workday desirable) and solid Excel skills. A proactive, organized approach and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in an accounts payable role.
• ERP systems experience (SAP/Oracle/NetSuite preferred; Workday desirable).
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices accurately and within deadlines; review employee expenses.
• Prepare and execute weekly payment runs through banking platforms.
• Maintain vendor master data and respond to supplier queries.
• Monitor aged creditors and resolve outstanding items.
• Support controls, compliance and audit activities with documentation.
