Job summary

Office Angels are recruiting an Accounts Payable Assistant for a global business based in Ashford, Kent. The role is 8.30am to 5pm, Mon-Fri with a 3pm finish on Fridays and 3 days WFH. It is a temporary role for 6 months with potential further opportunities.

Salary is £14.50 per hour. You will join a large Finance team and support in your duties from day one, with excellent pay cycles and a proactive work environment.

Qualifications

• Accounts Payable/finance experience is required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Candidates available to start immediately.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable invoices and verify receipt of goods/services.
• Match purchase orders and approvals and code to cost centres.
• Process expense reports and reconciling bank payments.
• Assist in monthly cost reports and audits as required.
