Job summary

Mamas & Papas is seeking a Data & Image Entry Administrator for a up to 3 months contract at our Huddersfield Head Office. The role focuses on loading and validating product data and imagery for the website, supporting timely product launches and cross-team collaboration.

Ideal candidates will have strong Excel skills, data entry/validation experience, attention to detail, and an interest in ecommerce processes. This is a full-time position based at HD5 0RH.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Excel and data entry processes.
• Data entry and validation across imagery and data information.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms is a plus.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Load, update and maintain product information across systems for the website.
• Support end-to-end product launches to ensure on-time go-lives.
• Validate product information, imagery, pricing and categorisation.
• Perform quality checks on product data and imagery for accuracy.
• Coordinate with Buying, Merchandising, Content and Trading teams for launch details.
• Monitor launch schedules and resolve data or imagery issues.
