Work Location: Hilton - Regional Headquarters - Europe, Maple Court, Central Park, Reeds Crescent, Watford WD24 4QQ

Hilton is seeking a Sales Support professional to assist with administrative, reporting, and process support for multiple Hilton Worldwide Sales teams, including IBT, MICE, ASO, BEAC, Leisure, Luxury, and Sports. The role involves managing group opportunities from a portfolio of Hilton-managed accounts, facilitating collaboration with Hilton properties and destinations.

The Sales Support position will be part of a centralized team, providing administrative assistance to HWS Account Managers and Directors across EMEA, and supporting Hilton Direct Account Executives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support such as data/report extraction, presentation creation, inbox management, travel and expenses, and Salesforce data maintenance.
  • Assist with RFP processing, event support, and other admin tasks.
  • Liaise with internal and external clients as needed.
  • Support system inputting in Salesforce for group opportunities and follow-up with hotels for proposals.
