Our RAFAKidz family

Just like our children, our waiting lists are growing! In each of our 20 settings, we create experiences that are special, unique and child-focused. Our staff are specially selected for their loving and caring nature, as well as their expertise. The needs of military families are unique, and at RAFAKidz, we take extra care to make sure those needs are met. For every child that comes through the doors of RAFAKidz, no matter their ability, background or circumstances, you could provide experiences and opportunities that will help them be confident and reach their potential.

What makes us different

By joining us as part of our RAFAKidz family, we make a commitment to your ongoing development and future career opportunities. (Please read our staff testimonials on our website!) We ask that you bring a positive, caring and enthusiastic attitude, and in return, we will give you a great induction experience, training and development opportunities, and you’ll be learning on the job from amazing colleagues! We offer subsidised childcare for colleagues to be able to bring their children with them, high-quality up-to-date training including using our software to electronically record your observations and updates. You’ll have ample annual leave and time off to relax and recharge over the Christmas period.

About you

As one of our busiest nurseries, you can expect to be fully ‘hands-on’ to create a stimulating and exciting nursery setting, using many of the tools and resources RAFAKidz have already developed, to strengthen and grow the quality of our care and our team. Managing a team of 18 employees and with places for 48 children, you will be fully supported by our wider management team including an Operations Manager, Operations Director, and our amazing HR team.

You will bring with you a strong knowledge of Early Years, together with the appropriate qualifications, along with a nurturing personality and a desire to achieve the very best outcomes for our children.
