Job summary

Energy Jobline CVL is seeking a Manufacturing Test Engineer (shift based) to join the team in Stafford for a 12‑month assignment. The role focuses on improving test facilities, equipment maintenance, and CAPEX projects for HVDC manufacturing.

You will work with cross-functional teams, drive safety in a high-voltage environment, and help implement new test infrastructure and process improvements to boost OEE and FPY.

Qualifications

• Degree, HNC/HND, or equivalent qualification in an engineering discipline.
• 3+ years' experience in manufacturing test facility maintenance.
• Experience working safely in a high voltage environment (risk assessments, FMEA, SSoW, LOTO).

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing test infrastructure activities and resolve technical issues.
• Provide day-to-day technical support for running, maintenance and breakdown response of test equipment.
• Assist with development and deployment of new test infrastructure and tools with suppliers/contractors.
