Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions Ltd is recruiting a Shift Electrical Maintenance Engineer for a flagship contract at Chancery Lane, London. The role focuses on HV/LV systems in a multi-tenanted commercial setting, requiring HVAP compliance and a proactive safety-first approach.

The package includes £48,000 base, £5,000 shift allowance and £3,000 HVAP payment, with a continental shift pattern of 07:00-19:00, 4 on 4 off, across days and nights. Generous holidays and progression opportunities available.

Qualifications

• HVAP status or willingness to work toward it.
• Strong track record in commercial building services with an electrical focus.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and diagnose faults under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance across electrical infrastructure.
• Fault-finding and rectification on electrical systems and building services equipment.
• Monitor building systems via the BMS and respond to alarms.
• Support mechanical and HVAC systems as needed, alongside electrical workload.
