Job summary

Synergy Personnel Services is recruiting a Mechanical Project Manager with a strong AC & Ventilation background for Derby/Midlands. You will lead mechanical projects from planning through handover, working with clients, main contractors and consultants to ensure quality, safety and commercial success.

The role requires delivering a range of commercial building services projects, with VRF/VRV, MVHR, AHUs or related HVAC systems experience desirable.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering mechanical building services projects.
• Strong background in air conditioning and/or ventilation.
• Experience with VRF/VRV, MVHR, AHUs or related HVAC systems advantageous.
• Experience with mechanical contractors or M&E building services businesses.
• Strong commercial and project management awareness and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage mechanical projects from pre-construction through to completion.
• Plan, coordinate and manage site activities and programs.
• Control budgets, resources and project programmes.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site teams.
• Engage with clients, consultants and main contractors.
