HVAC Technician - Plumber

Job Description

HVAC Technician/Plumber with minimum 5 years experience

Responsibility & Qualification:

• Installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, cooling, and ventilation systems
• Inspect systems to ensure efficient and safe function
• Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues
• Replace or repair faulty parts, including compressors, fans, motors, thermostats, and ductwork
• Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
• Conduct routine maintenance, cleaning filters, checking refrigerant levels, and ensuring proper airflow
• Perform energy efficiency audits and recommend solutions for system optimization
• Use diagnostic tools to assess system performance and make adjustments
• Pipe fitting skills: measure, cut, and thread pipe segments accurately
• Install piping systems for a variety of applications
• Connect pipes to fixtures, appliances, and equipment
• Install valves, regulators, and other components
• Maintain accurate records of work completed, parts used, and service schedules
• Communicate well with clients, adhere to safety procedures, and maintain a clean appearance and work environment.
