Job description

We’re Hiring – HVAC Technician!
Join our award-winning Engineering Team at one of Kuwait’s top 5-star hotels. We’re looking for a skilled HVAC Technician with hands-on experience in hotel facilities and systems.

What You’ll Be Doing:

1. Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot all HVAC systems including chillers, AHUs, FCUs, VRF units, and exhaust systems.
2. Perform preventive maintenance and respond to breakdown calls promptly.
3. Coordinate with engineering and guest services to resolve temperature-related guest concerns efficiently.
4. Ensure energy efficiency and compliance with hotel safety standards.
5. Keep accurate maintenance records and logs.

What We’re Looking For:

1. Minimum 2–3 years of HVAC experience in a 5-star hotel or luxury facility.
2. Solid understanding of HVAC systems, controls, and tools.
3. Technical diploma or certification in HVAC or Mechanical Engineering.
4. Team player with good communication and problem-solving skills.
5. Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
