Hours and Compensation
  • Full Time, 40 hours weekly
  • Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm
  • Every third weekend and holiday
  • $25.00/hour
Job Responsibilities
  • Performs data collection, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of multiple types of industrial HVAC equipment including fan coil units, air handlers, variable air volume controllers, circulating water pumps, and supply and exhaust fans. Tasks include changing air filters, adjusting drive belts, lubricating grease fittings, and coil cleaning.
  • Performs data collection, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of cottage heat pumps and furnaces.
  • Performs general maintenance tasks on systems such as laundry, commercial kitchen equipment, domestic water, fire protection, and alarm systems. Responds to residential work orders as directed by lead technician or supervisor.
  • Assists Plant Operations Manager with heating, boiler, and chiller equipment.
  • Utilizes maintenance management system software to document data including work order completion and issue resolutions.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Minimum three (3) years of progressive experience in general maintenance
  • Experience working on Heat Pumps, specifically Trane Heat Pumps
