Job summary

Omega Resource Group is seeking an experienced HVAC Supervisor to lead maintenance teams on a major supermarket contract in the Southampton area. The role covers planning, technical leadership and ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards.

You will act as the technical expert and primary contact for FGas obligations, guiding engineers and ensuring high service levels across reactive and preventive maintenance.

Qualifications

• Educated to GCSE/Standard Grade level minimum; NVQ 3/City & Guilds 236 Part 1+2 or equivalent in electrical installation/maintenance.
• City and Guilds #removed#th Edition knowledge.
• Ability to maintain/repairFans, pumps, compressors.
• Experience in FM maintenance services; multi-client environment; PPM and compliance background.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all sites are covered for maintenance services, including Reactive and PPM.
• Provide technical support and coaching to Regional Site & Maintenance Technicians.
• Drive improvement by understanding KPI performance and action planning.
• Support the Divisional Account Manager on technical, people and FM processes.
• Provide cover for Divisional Account Manager during absences and holidays.
• Complete specified reports and compliance documentation; address issues.
• Audit FM documentation and resolve non-compliance issues.
• Promptly handle Help Desk calls and escalate as needed.
• Communicate regularly with the customer on FM activity.
