Omega Resource Group is seeking a Commercial Gas Engineer in Southampton to join a team on a permanent basis. The role covers maintenance of HVAC assets including gas-fired heating and water systems, with a focus on safety and compliance.

The successful candidate will hold recognised commercial gas qualifications and F Gas certification, with 42.5 hours per week, salary around £47,888.23, and benefits including a van, tools and IT equipment.

Qualifications

• Commercial gas qualifications required: COCN1, CIGA1, CORT1, TPCP1, TPCP1A, ICPN1, CENWAT, CPA1, CDGA1, CCP1
• F Gas (2079) qualification essential
• Unvented Water Heaters – HWSS/HWS safety critical

Responsabilités

• Complete the PPM schedule and complete all paperwork accurately
• Respond to service calls and assess and repair within agreed timescales
• Maintain HVAC assets including gas-fired heating, LPHW, DX coils, heat pumps, air conditioning, boilers, pumps, inverters, DHW and water chillers
• Identify non-repairable faults and advise on replacements
• Work within Health, Safety & Environmental policies
