If so, we may have the ideal role for you. We are recruiting a HVAC Specialist to join our facilities management team, delivering services to our multi-site clients.

You will be out and about on the road – as well as providing remote triage support – ensuring that HVAC and Hot Water systems are being maintained to the highest standards and running at optimum levels.
Tasks could include, but are not limited to, auditing our HVAC assets to identify problem sites or performance and efficiency improvement opportunities, sponsoring & completing HVAC surveys & technical reports, monitoring HVAC PPM efficiencies, technical support and contributing to reports on new client installations.
You’ll enjoy working autonomously, providing guidance to our Engineers and developing their skillset. You will contribute massively to the success of our HVAC service goals, implementing processes and improving standards.

The role will involve working 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday
The role will also involve working 1 in 4 weeks on call
