HVAC Shift Engineer – Kings Cross – £46,000

Location: Kings Cross

Salary: £46,000 Plus Overtime

Hours: 4 on 4 off Days and Nights

We are seeking an HVAC Shift Engineer with ventilation or air conditioning experience for a static position at Kings Cross. The role involves reactive repairs, PPM duties, and general building services tasks, including leak repairs, lamp replacements, and L8 monitoring.

Responsibilities:

• Perform PPM & reactive maintenance
• Service and maintain air conditioning and refrigeration systems
• Work on split systems, VRVs, VAVs, VRFs, AHUs, FCUs, Chillers, and other HVAC and refrigeration plants
• Conduct surveys and complete reports
• Diagnose faults in HVAC systems across various energy sources

Requirements:

• NVQ Level 2 or City & Guilds Equivalent in Air-conditioning and Refrigeration
• Experience in Building Services or Facilities Management
• Knowledge of VRV, VRF, chillers, and air handling units
• Understanding of environmental conditions such as humidity, temperature, and lighting
• F Gas 2079/2089 qualified
• Positive attitude and flexibility
