Job Responsibilities:

• Diagnose HVAC, refrigeration, and electrical systems through observation, testing, and setup.
• Disassemble and reassemble commercial or residential equipment for troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, gauges, and measuring equipment to service equipment and mechanical systems.
• Explain issues, work to be performed, and timelines to customers, including any wait times.
• Perform routine maintenance and filter changes as per customer agreements.
• Maintain an inventory and ensure the service vehicle is stocked with necessary parts.
• Maintain a professional appearance.
• Build and maintain good relationships with clients.
