CURRENT OPPORTUNITY: HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIAN

Job Responsibilities & Requirements

• Service and maintain HVAC equipment for assigned accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Use hand tools and follow blueprints or engineering specifications to diagnose and repair units.
• Identify, analyze, diagnose, and repair systems at customer locations.
• Perform preventative maintenance, site surveys, replacements, and modifications as needed.
• Prepare for on-site work by examining building layouts, gathering materials, and coordinating tasks.
• Inspect and maintain company vehicles, keeping records of service and repairs.
• Inspect equipment for wear, notify management of findings.
• Complete all required paperwork and maintain accurate records.
• Serve as a direct contact with customers, providing technical support.
• Order parts and materials as needed, ensuring timely repairs.
• Stay current on product specifications, installation, operation, maintenance, and repair.
• Work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends, and travel as required.
