Position: Residential HVAC Service Technician

Pay: $24.00-$33.00 per hour + commission Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM with occasional overtime

What You'll Do

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems, including heat pumps, furnaces, air conditioners, and controls
• Perform routine maintenance and system inspections to optimize performance and efficiency
• Replace faulty components and ensure repairs meet manufacturer specifications and local codes
• Provide clear, professional communication with customers regarding system issues and solutions
• Complete detailed service reports and documentation after each job
• Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and tools
• Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and quality work

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience
• EPA Universal Certification required
• Proficient in diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems, including electrical troubleshooting
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics, crawlspaces, and various weather conditions
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
• Dependable team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail

Desired Qualifications

• NATE Certification, a plus
• OSHA or other safety certifications, a plus
