About the Company: Operating for over 30 years, our client has grown into one of the UK’s leading HVAC contractors. Originally founded as a specialist refrigeration contractor, the company now delivers comprehensive HVAC, ventilation, heating, plumbing, and renewable energy services, offering full design, installation, maintenance, and 24/7/365 emergency support servicing high-end commercial clients across the UK.

The Role: As HVAC Service Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding and leading the service and maintenance team. This is a rare opportunity for someone with strong HVAC service and maintenance experience to take full ownership of a growing regional office.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the HVAC service & maintenance team.
  2. Drive growth and development of service and maintenance contracts in the region.
  3. Provide operational leadership and ensure delivery of high-quality service to clients.
  4. Manage, mentor, and grow the team of engineers and office support staff.
  5. Work closely with central departments and use systems like Job Logic to manage workflow efficiently.
  6. Ensure compliance with health & safety, service-level agreements, and industry standards.
  7. Build strong relationships with key clients, ensuring consistent service delivery and satisfaction.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience in an HVAC service management position.
  • Technical knowledge across HVAC systems (AC, refrigeration, ventilation, heating).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Able to work autonomously while being supported by a wider management network.
  • Driven to grow a team and help shape a regional office’s future.
  • Familiarity with service management systems such as Job Logic is a plus.
