My client is looking to recruit a HVAC Sales Representative to join their growing team.

They are seeking an experienced HVAC Sales Representative with a minimum of 3 years in the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets, developing strong customer relationships, and understanding HVAC systems and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed assigned revenue targets.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and leads.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  4. Conduct on-site assessments to understand customer needs and provide tailored HVAC solutions.
  5. Prepare and present detailed proposals, including pricing and technical specifications.
  6. Collaborate with the project management and technical teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  7. Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing any concerns and ensuring timely follow-up.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product innovations, and competitor activities.
  9. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using CRM software.

Qualifications:

  1. Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the HVAC industry.
  2. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, products, and solutions.
  3. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and work independently.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
