  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Participate in monthly meetings and occasional travel to Madrid.

Overview

HVAC Sales Manager | Home-based (Midlands or North West based to serve client base) | Full Time | Working hours are Monday–Thursday 9:00 am–5:00 pm and Friday 9:00 am–1:00 pm | £40,000–£45,000 DOE + vehicle allowance & bonus

Our client is part of a global group headquartered in Madrid, Spain, specialising in designing and supplying Desiccant Dehumidifiers, Adiabatic Coolers and Humidifiers, and Electrode and Resistive Steam Humidifiers to industries worldwide. This HVAC Sales Manager role is home-based / remote within Midlands / Northwest England, with periodic meetings at the Hampshire Head office and occasional visits to Madrid. The position offers a flexible, hybrid approach, combining home-based work, client site visits, and office collaboration.

Please note- Applicants must have the right to work in the UK without requiring visa sponsorship.

What will your role look like?
  • Selling HVAC equipment into pharma, food, data centre and other markets
  • Recognising opportunities for the business to grow and monopolising them
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships across your territory
  • Visiting client sites, attending industry events, and liaising with the sales team
  • Technical liaison with clients ensuring smooth set up post sale
  • Participating in monthly Hampshire meetings and occasional Madrid trips (3–4 per year)

  • Proven sales experience, ideally in HVAC, pharma, food, or technical sectors
  • Strong technical knowledge of HVAC and HVAC control systems
  • Excellent literacy, numeracy, and spoken/written English
  • Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Self-motivation, organisational skills, and the ability to work independently
  • Ability to build relationships quickly and communicate at all levels
  • A valid, full, clean driving license
  • Right to work in the UK without visa sponsorship
  • Bonus points for previous sales engineering experience or Spanish language skills
