A leading HVAC company is seeking an Area Sales Manager for the Southern Region. This role includes managing a territory, achieving sales targets, and promoting HVAC equipment and service offerings. The ideal candidate will have a background in Mechanical/HVAC and full product knowledge, along with account management expertise.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of HVAC products including AHU, FCU, Chillers and CCU.
  • Full clean driving license required.
  • Residence near East Anglia, Essex or Kent preferred.

Job Opportunity: Area Sales Manager - South

Our client, a successful HVAC company operating across 65 countries for over 100 years and owning three manufacturers, is seeking an Area Sales Manager to join their growing Southern Region.

The Role involves managing a territory covering East Anglia, Essex, and parts of Kent. Responsibilities include account management, achieving order targets, margin management, customer retention, and maintaining a project pipeline using Quotation Management Software for accurate forecasts. You will also contribute to the strategic development of the Applications team by promoting HVAC equipment such as AHU, FCU, Chillers, and CCU, along with service offerings to expand market presence.

This position requires aligning with the company's vision to support profitable growth. You will provide feedback to factories, ensure continuous improvement, adhere to company processes for bidding, pricing, and order management, and participate in industry events to support sales and professional development.

Job Requirements
  • ONC, HNC/D, Degree in Mechanical/HVAC discipline or equivalent, or relevant HVAC experience
  • Full HVAC product knowledge including AHU, FCU, Chillers, and CCU
  • Full, clean driving license
  • Residence in or near East Anglia, Essex, or Kent
Salary & Benefits
  • Salary: £60-65k based on experience
