HVAC Residential Service Technician / HVAC Service Tech / Residential HVAC Technician required to work for a leading residential HVAC company based in Fort Worth, TX.

The HVAC Residential Service Technician / HVAC Service Tech / Residential HVAC Technician will be responsible for performing diagnostic, repair, and maintenance services on residential HVAC systems. The successful candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent customer communication, and the drive to deliver top-quality service in a fast-paced environment.

Package & Location:

• $70,000 – $170,000+ annually (Uncapped Performance-Based Pay)

HVAC Residential Service Technician / HVAC Service Tech / Residential HVAC Technician Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems
• Respond to scheduled and emergency service calls across Fort Worth
• Document work, recommendations, and parts usage using ServiceTitan
• Communicate effectively with homeowners to explain issues and solutions
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and parts in clean, organized condition
• Participate in ongoing technical training and team meetings
